New appointment system

From Monday 21st May 2012 we will be introducing a new appointment system. The new system will involve a Duty Doctor on call each day that triages calls and sees urgent appointments. The duty doctor will triage patients requesting urgent appointments over the telephone from 08.15am-09.00am every morning, Monday-Friday. The normal appointments will be 1/3 bookable in advance, 1/3 bookable 1 week before and 1/3 bookable 2 days before. We hope this will help reduce DNA’s and offer more choice and flexibility for patients.
